At Springbok Vet Group;

We give you the time you need – our consultation slots are 15 minutes, which is longer than many other surgeries and can be up to half an hour when needed – and we will listen to you.

We will work with you to give you options. Every pet is different and so we believe in individually tailored treatments to your needs and means.

We believe in continuous professional improvement, but we don’t believe that being professional means having to be impersonal. Our surgeries are small and friendly, where we get to know our clients and their animals and we consider it our responsibility to maintain that special relationship.

We will give you an honest opinion based on applicable knowledge and years of experience. But we want your pet to have the most suitable treatment so if our experience doesn’t cover a particular area, we are happy to refer you to a specialist. We will never treat just for the sake of it.

We believe that the special relationship between us as humans and our animals enhances our lives, and our job as a veterinary surgery is to look after that relationship for as long as we can.
