Jo has always had dogs and horses – having been taught to ride as a child by her dad, a Metropolitan Mounted Policeman. She has an extensive background in customer focused roles, working as a Purser and Crew Trainer for an International Airline and it was during “night stops” that she began studying Equine Science, obtaining a degree in the subject.
This knowledge was then put to good use moving to a role within an Equine Practice where she specialised in breeding and became a DEFRA A1 Technician and gained her AMTRA SQP qualification along with a Certificate and Diploma in Equine Nursing.
Jo then moved to Dorset with her husband and son, joining our Alderholt branch in May 2019. When not out with her young dalmation Boo, or riding , she can be found on a ski slope in the UK or abroad, supporting her keen ski-racing son!!
