Informative and consultative throughout both Vaughan and latterly Jeremy were very reassuring throughout the process and took wonderful care of our gangly legged bundle of fun and confusion. I am pleased to say he left the vets after some major surgery in very good health and the operation has been a major success - this vets practice cannot be recommended enough - we have had some difficult and challenging interactions with other vet practices in the past and were very worried about getting the care we needed for our faithful hound - we need not have worried and a real sign of this was on his follow up Mungo trotted up to Jeremy, did the traditional St Bernard lean against him and looked up with a lot of thanks in his eyes.
